The Best Exercise Fitness Class in Sherman Oaks

This is a video clip of the best exercise / fitness class in Sherman Oaks, and most probably all of Los Angeles. Maybe I’m a little bit biased because it’s the one I go to. All I can tell you is I love it.

This is the KM Bag Class at Krav Maga Sherman Oaks. It is being lead by Jarret Waldman, 3rd degree Krav Maga and Chief Instructor for Krav Maga Sherman Oaks.

If you’re looking for an exercise or fitness class and you live in Sherman Oaks or the San Fernando Valley you have to try this one. It will improve your overall cardio and muscle endurance a lot. It’s really made me a lot more fit. I didn’t loose any weight, I just lost body fat. I’ve never sweat so much in my life.

The class is kickboxing based and is centered around heavy bag work.  We usually start off jumping rope and shadow boxing to warm up, and then move into calisthenics and body weight exercises. Sometimes we use the medicine balls or kettle bells, and then we get to work on the heavy bags. We work combinations, knees, elbows and even some flying kicks. Fun! We cool down with some stretching.
