Darren Levine teaching Krav Maga
If you want to learn about what Krav Maga is and where it came from, this video clip will be a good start. It’s only 9 minutes long so it’s just a taste.

It’s from an instructional DVD called “The Best Defense, Krav Maga”. The instructor on it is Darren Levine. Darren Levine is a sixth degree black belt and the the chief US instructor of Krav Maga, and is one of only two recipients of a founder’s diploma. He was the one Imi Lichtenfeld trusted to maintain the integrity of the Krav Maga system and principles.

When you watch the clip you will see Darren covering issues dealing with unarmed attackers. He also explains the deference between fighting and self defense.
